I was starving as I never ate any breakfast so I digged into my stash of biscuits. And on with the journey as we had a tour guide who goes by Qing ge(brother Qing) ended up, I thought of 情歌(love songs) instead.
The road trip that I hated the most. Cramped in a seat and sleeping resulted in my stiff neck.
After an hour or ore of travelling, the bus pulled over at a nearby gas station and we went to ease ourselves. Then, we all chanced upon this sight and all felt compelled to take a picture of it.
And finally, the bus pulled over to a restaurant for our lunch. By then, we were all pretty much awake when the tour guide mentioned food.
After our lunch we had to go back on the bus. It wasn't long before we were asked to take out our student identity card for verification. It turns out that we were on the road with a lot of officers patrolling the area, a controlled area.
In the meantime, Mr Wong insisted he could sing an Indian song. We all clapped as we passed him the mike.
And finally, our first stop.
We also had to move on due to the nagging of the tour guides. Since the bus was filled, some of us had to take another bus and so, we waited for awhile before arriving at the next area.
We were also urged to eat quickly as we had delayed our cruise by an hour as it is. Therefore, we had to rush there. Finally. Silver moon (银月亮) is ready to set sail with us on board.
And in the night, the view's lovely.
Finally, we all went back to our rooms to get ready for the next day. I looked out of the window and saw we had reached the 'lifts' (boat version). I quickly snapped a few pictures.
Interesting account. Are there many locals visiting the 3-gorges dam as well?
